You've seen this on the internet, and friends, it is true. As part of the Cosmetics Settlement, the major department stores are required to give away $175 million worth of free goodies starting Tuesday, Jan 20. Locally, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Dillard's and Saks Fifth Avenue are participating. It's first come, first served, until supplies run out.</p> <p>If you've bought makeup from a department store between 1994 and 2003, you are eligible. You do not need a receipt, but you will have to sign something acknowleding your gift. Only one item per customer.
