The first are leather and the second pair which is actually metallic teal is not. I have super low volume feet and a wide forefoot with bunions and tiny, tiny heels. Neither pair slips at the heels. I added a tongue pad to snug them up more, and I usually add an arch insert half sole to lift up my heel. I would say they are slightly wider than the others. Your heels might slip out. I have not had that problem and had narrow feet before children. I now take a medium width in most shoes, however a shoe that runs a bit narrow is good for my feet. Merrill and Vionic are other brands you might try.. Can you try the shoes that you are thinking of ordering on in a department store? I have moderate arches, slightly narrow and slightly low-volume feet, with quite narrow heels that slip out of most shoes.
