I am in my 14th week in the Frankenboot this year. ( 2 separate recoveries). That boot looks similar height to my ortho boot. The only variable to stir in is the possibility of the sole of each boot rocking differently. I tend to wear mine with a Brooks Addiction sneaker that has a very thick, flat and stable sole that flexes. Frankenboots are tricky on uneven ground or sidewalks, so I prefer to keep the other foot "grounded". Highly individual and you may truly need a boot for the other foot. My Aquatalia Sweeties work well with a complimentary heel height and stability. I was inspired by those of you who managed to find a "boot mate" for your medical boot. This one looks perfect as a mate, but I wonder if it would be the right match in height to the Frankenboot. </p>
