I'm stretching it out a bit right now but I think it will be fine.</p> <p>Re: cutout. I live in the SF bay area where we have a mild climate. These booties are fine here I think. I'm still wearing flats with no socks and these have more coverage. I won't wear them when it's raining though.</p> <p>I think I can get away with black socks when I wear pants.
