It's an extremely lightweight rain jacket, made for running, but perfect for hot and rainy weather. Most raincoats are far too heavy to wear in the summer heat. This jacket is a beautiful pearly white and uncharacteristically, doesn't wash me out. Nice detailing on the back, and enough coverage for cycling. The hood is stashed away in the zippered collar.
