I received the Brulees and two other sandals yesterday.</p> <p>Why do I ever even bother to question Angie?</p> <p>There I was, taking photos of the Cole Haans and the Brulees (the other Clarks in the thong style were too big), and as I looked in the viewfinder at the result, it was SO OBVIOUS that the Brulees were way more stylish and in fact, probably more comfortable too. I had a pair of sandals last summer with a metal ring right about the same placement, and they would be fine during the day, but then the next day, I'd wake up and my foot would be quite tender in the spot with the ring - sometimes even bruised. I wouldn't notice it when wearing them, except if I tried to wear them a second day in a row, then they were just awful. I would have to go about 4 days before my foot recovered enough to wear them again.
