Things have to go back to the location where you got them, and the returns periods can be short. Websites often have little glitches in them, or just aren’t very well set up. They often don’t have everything the store carries. To me, that’s always been a benefit of shopping online—everything the store carries at my fingertips, whereas a store can be temporarily out of an item. The speed of any WiFi we’ve been on has been unreliable. But I will say that I love Zalando. Their prices can be low, but not necessarily. But they have good search engines. They don’t have quite as many filters as Nordstrom’s, but their “similar items” are well chosen, and their sizing suggestions are super. At home, I’ve seen sites that will suggest whatever size you usually get. Zalando’s takes into consideration whether the item runs large or small, as well as comments you’ve made on past returns. Still, very cool tool in my book. I can understand now why they seem to be turning the mall stores into watch concept places rather than purse stores, as there's less and less need to shop in person. </p> <p>I have my eye on the Fiona Crossbody in Finds.<i></i> </p>
