I always loved the pine green crayola crayon the best when I was little (that and red-violet). :)&nbsp; It's so interesting how this low contrast color pairing really works so well. There's just enough contrast for there to be great dimension in the outfit. I just love it. I have one top of this color and I am going to try to pull it out this week and wear it with black leather (in your honor). I was so disappointed that I started approaching strangers to ask where they got their haircut. But in the end, I just went back to my old familiar. Other people have cut it now and then, but she's been the main person to cut my hair since I was in 7th grade and she was a hs vocational school trainee. The dress is a dark green and the peplum jacket is black. They are quite similar.</p> <p>Right now, I'm finding that my hosiery is pretty much shot - everything fell apart at once, and I have no long hose at all! I don't have any socks that are shorter than the boots and will stay up. Earlier this year, our office went from bus-cas to more casual; while nicer pants and dresser are still ok, jeans are too. When I wear a dress, I often look for ways to de-bombshell it to avoid looking too corporate. </p> <p>Here I'm wearing a newer forest green sheath dress with a cropped leather peplum jacket, and knee high boots. Under the knee high boots I wore some black socks with some sparkle to close the gap between the hem of my dress and my knees a bit more, also because I'm finding myself short of black tights and leggings didn't feel right with the dress. </p> <p>I learned today that my hair stylist of about 7 years is moving out of the area soon. I'm so sad! I've only ever had a few stylists cut my hair, and most have been great, so my standards are pretty high. In 2018 I'll have to go through the tough process of finding someone else that I like, and is great with cut, texture, and color. </p>
