You've got a shirt tucked into high-waisted skinnies -- the worst possible styling for them. And the ensemble with the slouchies is much more appealing because it's layered and the top is long enough with the pants. The devil is in the styling. </p> <p>I will fully agree that *those* skinnies do absolutely nothing for you. That is not true of all skinnies.
