But I live in the desert, and 90's is "cool" for us. We had a day last week that my outside thermometer was reading 118. Cropped cotton leggings are the same as cotton clams, and I'm not challenged with the nylon ones either.</p> <p>I think that there is a huge heat misconception when it comes to how warm leggings are. The longer ones are obviously warmer and I wouldn’t wear those past 80 degrees, but the cropped ones are 85 to 95 degree options for me – no problem. As long as I wear a sleeveless frock on top, I’m good to go. I might be weird but I do not feel the heat quickly. I have no resistance to the cold. </p> <p>Frocks are the coolest and brezziest item in the world, so that’s why I refer to leggings as “keeping you warm”. They *will* make a frock feel warmer, especially necessary in arctic AC.
