I would have preferred it if he had left it as it was. But Maya, I think you might be right about the time required to put the sleeves on. After the first season of PR I remember reading an interview with Tim where he said most of the clothing was sleeveless because the designers were under such time constraints that adding sleeves often wasn't feasible.
