Tanya, I have found moleskin to be a (in any drugstore) to be more helpful than band-aid. Glad to hear you're dancing again.

Thank you for the good wishes Angie! and I am sure you do not have two left feet :)

I will survive, I've been through this quite a few times already. The main trick is to cover in band-aids every potential trouble spot after the first wear- when you know where the rubbing is occurring. So once I start, I think I will be wearing sneakers for all other non-dancing times for few days.

Oh no. Sounds torturous. I don’t know how you do it. I’d have to boycott dancing because of that – my two left feet wouldn’t help either.

Good luck and take care of those feet!!!

Thanks Angie, I am not in any hurry! If the right none comes along than great! Today was a bit warmer here so wore my black one again, using every oportunity I can :)

The dancing is going well, thank you for asking. I am still nowhere near my usual form, but it takes time. But now the time has come for what I fear the most : breaking in new dance shoes! My new shoes have just arrived - the old ones were basically dead. Dance shoes have to fit very differently from regular ones - they must be super-tight, so that the foot can not move even a tiniest bit inside them.. As a a result, the first few weeks of wearing are extremely painful, with a lot of blisters till the satin molds to your foot. So I will be going through that for the next few weeks

I hear you. I know you’re after a more biker-looking brown jacket. I’m sure it will come your way. We’re already in wool coats around here too. But if I’m inside all day, I’ll wear my biker jacket. Actually my one biker jacket is VERY warm if I wear a scarf and gloves.

How is the dancing going?

How funny Angie, I actually posted a red biker leather jacket for you half an hour ago!

Thank you for thinking of me and posting this jacket. I like it, it's totally my style ( wraps and ruffles), but it's not what I had on my mind. I am looking for a more streamlined, cleaner biker style. I already have something ruffly that is so difficult to wear, I posted it here months ago:

http://s300.photobucket.com/al.....CN2813.jpg

The weather is definitely to cool now for a leather jacket here. Hopefully I will stumble upon the right one, but I am not in a hurry.

Thank you once again for being so sweet and thoughtful.

If you’re still looking for a brown leather jacket, you *might* like this one. I stumbled across it and thought of you. The wrap detailing and ruffled collar screamed “Tanya”. But no worries if it’s not your cuppa tea.
