I’ll be in Brisbane in December so if anyone has any shopping suggestions I’d be thrilled with some recommendations! I’m quite nervous to go, I don’t do well in the sun, my brother in law tells me it’s incredibly hot there over Christmas so I’d like to be prepapred with lightweight fabrics so I’m not the annoying, whiny, Canadian complaining about the sun! Would Alberta not be the same?- eg in some of your big department stores like The Bay? That there would be some leftover summer stuff, at least until you get to Australia? Then shop there. The Christmas I went to Canada (Saskatoon, we have relatives there) I shopped up a storm and used the stuff the following NZ winter 6 months later. When will I learn? If any of you happen to spy resort wear in the coming weeks, please alert me so that I may not alarm my in laws by frolicking on the beach nude. I’m specifically looking for a dress or 2, lightweight pants maybe a patterned jogger or whatever those cool, loose pants are called- are they haram? Interesting tshirts &amp; tops, light rain jacket, lightweight scarf. All in size 14-16. Thanks in advance! </p>
