I've found shorts can work well with heels if the shorts are on the dressier side. I have also learned that I enjoy jackets and blazers with shorts, but the length matters to my eye. The longer the shorts, the longer the jacket or blazer. Blazers and heels are not part of my daily outfits but this would be a nice going out option, if the a/c isn't too cold.</p> <p><b>#3 to #4 - White Denim Jacket and Graphic Tee</b><br />Graphic tees, shorts, and sneakers are a daily uniform for me in the summer.
