If you have a wide forefront, then I'm afraid that I think it's unlikely that these shoes will work for you (though I have the Ventura wedge, I don't know if that makes a difference) . My foot problem is with the width of my forefront on my right foot so I have a hard time with shoes with a tight strap across the front so I am curious how these might work. </p>
