It was from one of Angie's link love posts and recommended by MaryK, I think. The article is about a guy preparing Marilyn Monroe's belongings for auction, but the part that stuck in my mind was how everyone these days is striving to be "camera thin" as opposed to just slim/healthy, and this used to be just the problem for stars who are photo-documented, but now everyone is subjected to lots of photo documentation. Obviously it is written with a bit of hyperbole and from a certain cultural point of view, but I thought there was something to this point, and anyway I thought it was an interesting read.
