Yes my mum was fantastic.  She knew of my desires to dress and go out as Katie so when I told her I would be going out she said she would like to see me when I am all done up,  In some ways that is what I was most nervous about as she is normally use to seeing me in jeans and jumpers etc.  So this was a tad...well.....strange I suppose. Than the taxi arrived and I was nervous again but I got through that.  By the time I we got to the restaurant though and I had a glass if wine I started to relax more.
