After much well-deserved smacking myself around for a while, I went back to the consignment store and shamelessly BEGGED her to let me exchange the jacket for store credit. Since I've recently given her so much stuff, she relented. AND she had just gotten in a bunch of spring leather jackets, and I found an AWESOME grey leather jacket by Classiques Entier that is work appropriate and much more my style.
