Anyway, I just had to post because I have a burning question for Angie or ANYONE who knows the answer!</p> <p>I'm in Rotterdam, and the food has been amazing - especially the seafood, bread, and cheese. Pastries and good coffee, too! However I have to ask what is it with mayonnaise in NL? Mostly I've seen it served with fries/chips, but last night my meal came with a beautiful bread - a pat of butter, and a dish of mayonnaise!? </p> <p>1. 6 different vendors contributed to our meal at the Foodfactory - 1. Cheese, 2. Meat, 3. Bread and cookies, 4. Apple/pear juice, 5. Beer, 6. Coffee. We sat at a table in the central part and enjoyed a wonderful casual meal.</p> <p>2. Seafood penne at the New York Hotel</p> <p>3. Pastries at the Market Hall </p> <p>4. My choice, a slice of Pavlova</p> <p>PS: a shout out to Adriana! Thanks for the hints/ideas.
