I also made some oatmeal ginger cookies with raspberry jam. Next up: oatmeal trilbys with date nut spread, almond stars, and chocolate mint bars.</p> <p>Most of this is going straight to my tummy, but I’m also going to send a tin to school with my son. They just took a test to see who’s moving up to the next level German class. This fall he has been more socially active than ever before. It’s wonderful to see the change in him! I think he’s a little apprehensive about the class breaking up, so they can have an unauthorized little party during recess or after school.
