I would not recommend sizing up.</p> <p>The other problem I have with my shoes (probably not an issue with boots) is that the sole is made of a lovely non-slip material, but the heel is not. It is literally something to stuff your shoes with instead of wearing thick socks. But with boots I think it's less important. You'll probably be wearing socks so I'd err on the side of big.
