The blush looks <b>great</b> with the bronze shoes, super combo. Ultimately, I agree the blush is better than the burgundy. The print adds to the romantic vibe. It feels much more special. But -- that puckering the neckline would bother me. I'll be honest, I'd probably return due to fabric quality. The blue sequin top seems like it's much easier for you to wear -- but I do understand how it feels when something suits so easily it feels like the element of surprise/challenge is missing. I like the silhouette of the blush top but agree with the problems it presents -- if you were wearing with a jacket it might deal with the colour issue a bit. The wine is a better colour for you but kind of makes the top more boring.&nbsp;</p> <p>The blue is lovely -- but not as perfect a cut for you. Darn!! However, it still looks great. I know it has a cool silhouette but I'd want that in a better fabric. I also feel like it's too "uncertain" for you and you may not wear it enough due to that reason alone. The only question mark is whether you will feel comfortable in the colour. I think it looks very good on you and you could perhaps add some strong lipstick or dramatic eye make up.<br /> The burgundy comes third. The colour suits you very well indeed, but the top in itself is not as good in this colour. From what I've seen of your tops, I believe that it is unique (not a repeat of anything you already own.) in other words it is a no brainer and you should keep it and get it in to rotation right away.</p> <p>Between the blush and the wine, I vote the blush. The interesting detail gets lost in the wine, and the top is kind of ordinary in that colour. There is something about the blush top's design that confirms your arty style, but there is also something that is DIFFERENT ENOUGH (colour AND style) that it feels (to me) that you are wanting to experiment or push at the edges of what you know and what is safe. </p> <p>In conclusion-the blue top is too wonderful to pass up. There is a little puckering around the neckline of the flutter-sleeve top (both versions) that defies steaming. That does annoy me. The fabric on the flutter-Sleeve top is kind of delicate — it is that satiny fabric that seems to get tiny snags. Those are hidden in the patterned version but seem more obvious in the dark solid — same goes for wrinkles. Patterns hide all kinds of flaws. :-/</p> <p>I think the sequin top could stand a little alteration to take some excess fabric out of the waist area — just a little slimming through the body would make it hang better, I believe. But I don’t know if I can get that done before a week from today.
