Rose bushes, actually! When I lived in Northern Ontario, I treated them like annuals because the growing zone (2b) was so harsh. Only the 'John Cabot' made it through winter.</p> <p>We moved to Southern Ontario (Zone 5) summer 2014, but my garden wasn't ready to receive new plantings last year. Roses have a better chance of a long life down here, so choice and placement is serious business! This year I received 2 - yellow climbers - 'Golden Showers' and 'Yellow Blaze'.</p> <p>DH insisted on a garden ornament - to celebrate my other passion! </p> <p>1. My John Cabot<br /> 2. Baby roses<br /> 3. Golden Showers<br /> 4. Yellow Blaze<br /> 5. In the herb garden (too early for any herbs though!) </p>
