I think floral prints are very hit-or-miss, and also can read very differently. There are bold modern florals, messy almost rocker/grunge florals, this sort of English garden classic cute floral, etc. So I'd ask yourself who your target market is, and whether or not this is a print you see them loving. For example, I personally wouldn't wear that floral, but if you made that skirt in plaid I'd be all over it.
