				<description>&#060;p&#062;I wouldn't call that appliqué...I think of appliqué as something in another material or color sort of quilted onto something. I just call that an ornament or some such term.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm not really splitting hairs...applique really does have a bad name and would seem stereotypically dated. So I was expecting to say yes. But when I saw your picture, not so much. I think it looks pretty. I'd want to see the whole &#038;nbsp;garment before I said for sure, but just as a decoration, a piece of flower doesn't scream dated.
