Interesting! Thanks everyone. Irene I don't have any personal experience of being well endowed as I know you do! so thanks for chiming in with that perspective for the benefit of other busty types!

Kristen I do enjoy fun runs, though this one was a bit of an endurance test. DD5 sprinted off from the start then tripped over in about the first 100m and kind of lost her mojo, so we walked together with the occasional carry and occasional run to finish in 49:20. She was a trouper to keep going!

To be honest, I don't find that angle to be flattering for everybody. If you have a large bust, it will make your legs almost disappear. it will also make short legs look even shorter. And if you have a big head, or big hair, it will emphasize that as well. The same goes for people with big or long forefronts.

It works nicely on subjects with big eyes staring at the camera, less well endowed women if they want to accentuate their cleavage. It might also make the waist appear slimmer.

It is absolutely better than from a lower point of view, that's for sure. Personally, I prefer bodyshots to be frontal.

Cute daughters!!

The angle of the shot makes a big difference. You really never want someone taking a shot from a low perspective - everything looks bigger that way. Lighting is also a big factor. My DH is the worst at taking photos of people. He doesn't *see* the angles at all. I prefer to do a self-portrait.

That always makes a big difference to me! If I get my husband or stepson (both nearly a foot taller than I am) to take a picture, it's quite a different perspective than my usual iPhone camera on a timer shots, which are taken from a counter that is about hip height.

This was taken after a fun run last weekend ( I walked mostly, with little DD). It seems a much slimmer pic of me than usual and wondered if that is because it was taken from a higher point (dd was standing up rather than sitting down as he usually is. Or a DD takes it from of course a lower point too)
