Cindy, I too, have fussy feet. I like Me Too, Aerosoles, Clarks, Privo and Palladium; and I ALWAYS wear arch support inserts with flats. It's just a matter of trying on every shoe that catches your fancy. Sometimes shoes that appear comfortable feel horrible on your feet and vice versa. Funny how that works!

I am not a fan of Me Too I didn't like the Swanns because they fell off my feet. The Prissys are okay but holy cow do they dig into my heel! I thought they were sooo comfy when I first put them on but I was hobbling by the day's end. I even put padded moleskin in the back and not even that helped. They dig so badly!

OTOH I have had very good luck with Report flats. The Mais Angie has in the store are sooo comfy. They did hurt the first time I wore them (I have the same tender spot as you), but after that I haven't had any problems. The Lem fats are also extremely comfy.

I like my Born Lovely flats from Nordstrom - they do not cut into the bunions and are also padded inside. They feel just like slippers!

Not sure if all ballet flats are problematic but the AGL's from Nordstrom aren't cheap but are 10 hour shoes for me.
I have these in silver.

http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/31.....ltback=559

Ecco is good brand too.

I like Me Too, Aerosoles and Privo, but my most comfortable are Dr. Scholls. I'll try to find a link. I have 3 pair!
There are many colors:
http://www.dsw.com/shoe/the+or.....and=300120
http://www.zappos.com/dr-schol.....rodPage2:0
http://www.zappos.com/dr-schol.....rodPage2:0
I see a new one that looks like it might be very similar that's also a "Feel Crazy Good": http://www.zappos.com/dr-schol.....rodPage2:0

I find that they run true to size.

I got a pair of Born flats (I think it was the Peony) this spring that are amazing. I always have the same problem with flats cutting across the bunion, and these haven't done that at ALL. No rubbing across the bunion, on the heel, or anywhere else . . . it's like having slippers on. I haven't tried any other Born flats, so I don't know if they are all like this, but it's definitely worth a look!

Hi Cindy,

The Me Too brand always seems to get very good reviews from the lasses here. In the past I always really liked Campers too. And many of us have had luck with Clarks as well.

Hi all. I am looking for super comfy but stylish casual flats (a slight heel would be okay, too) for my extremely fussy feet. I have a bunion on my right foot which makes wearing ballet flats difficult as they tend to cut right across the top of it. If they are very soft leather they would be okay, though. I have a pair of suede ballet flats from Target of all places that work great, for example.

These would be shoes I would be wearing mostly with jeans and casual outfits. If anyone has brands or specific styles they would recommend, that would be great.
