It's quite large on you, and shoulder alterations are not always successful. The problem with shoulder alterations has to do with the arm holes. The arm holes are cut to line up with the shoulder seam and the sleeve seam. So the oversized arm hole can't be made smaller.</p> <p>But...the skirt is very pretty, just needs to be shortened, and the top is KILLER!
