				<description>&#060;p&#062;My yoga instructor (who is also a certified running coach, certified trainer and crossfit coach) has evolved into a &#034;durability&#034; guru - yoga for durability, running for durability, general fitness for durability. Her philosophy and her training regime is about total body fitness.&#038;nbsp; I have been rehabbing from back surgery with her. I have had 2 in person sessions&#038;nbsp; - first was assessment, 2nd was after about 10 weeks.&#038;nbsp; She delivers the program via an app which tells me what to do, and includes videos for the proper execution of each exercise.&#038;nbsp; I use resistance bands, strap, yoga mat and block, as well as myofacial release balls.&#038;nbsp; 5 days of exercises, 2 days of MFR.&#038;nbsp; The daily workouts are 30-40 min.&#038;nbsp; I can take most of the equipment with me in my suitcase when I travel.&#038;nbsp; It is the best fitness plan I have ever been on, and I have been 100% consistent for 100 workouts!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;For years I did exercise videos and cd’s in my basement- probably at same life stage you are at, kids still home, worked part time.  I particularly like weight lifting dvds, anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, and I owned a variety.  You can start with about any level and increase weights though if you are new to weights good form is everything.  I did aerobics too, they’re mostly designed for small spaces.  Now I go to our YMCA, so mostly work out outside of home.  But I also (sort of ) run (fair weather runner I am, and inconsistent, would like to get back to it for realz).  I also would like to resume in home work outs like I used to to supplement spinning, boot camp and yoga at y but it’s been really hard to reestablish that habit

				<description>&#060;p&#062;We just got a Peloton over the weekend, and so far I’ve already worked out on it two days in a row, a 30 minute set of classes the first day, and yesterday another 30 minutes of biking classes and then a 10-minute arm class (which I need badly — most of my exercise neglects my upper body). So far I’m really liking it!&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Bonus, it made me clean out our basement storage room to make it a good exercise space we actually are using now.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;FashionIntern, so far I only do the routines at the gym. Our trainer is certified in TRX and her 45 minute workout varies it so your never bored and you use every muscle in your body. Once I buy a set, I'll be checking online for routines, but it may be awhile. I enjoy it at the gym, the groan factor camaraderie helps get that last set in. The class has gotten so popular they are moving it to a larger room with additional suspension gear. I'll check out Cori's page too, thanks.&#038;nbsp;

Until know I've only draped it over a tree or clamped it behind a door (My Jungle Gym set has knobs on the straps so they doesn't slip out). This weekend I'm putting up ceiling hooks for it--so excited. I use routines from the trainer I mentioned above. Where do you get yours? &#060;/p&#062;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I think it depends on what is going to motivate you.&#038;nbsp; I know people that hire treadmills or rowing machines - others like a trainer - others pay for a sitter and head out....&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I sometimes do simple circuits at home - with a kettlebell it is amazing what you can do strengthwise.&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I think I would book in a trainer for a period once a week to keep me accountable until I was in a routine....&#038;nbsp; It is pricey but you won't need lots of gear if you are exercising at home.

Lots of programs you can buy to do at home, but the best thing about her is she is SO responsive. You can hire her to write a program just for you, but honestly, I've never found it necessary, because she answers every question promptly, and gives suggestions of how to adapt each move to your needs. Look her up!

These group sessions are much cheaper and you can schedule whenever you have the time. Don't know if something like this is offered where you are. My club uses the Mind Body App to schedule sessions and this app, based on your location can let you know what fitness places, trainers, etc are available and with prices usually

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I know a few people who subscribe to Beachbody and do their workouts in their home. &#038;nbsp;Stash your weights under your bed, etc. &#038;nbsp;I'm really tempted &#038;nbsp;to subscribe to use on days when I just cannot get in a proper gym workout. &#038;nbsp;There are a million different workouts on BB - &#038;nbsp;and I think it's just pick and choose and see what you like. &#038;nbsp;The friend I know best uses weight and HIIT workouts. &#038;nbsp;That, and walking for 30 mins a day are all you need . I work in a fitness facility and am a bit of a fitness hobbyist . I know I don't look the part, but I do know a lot.....&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I'm personally setting up about 10 personal training sessions with a male trainer I've become work friends with, to get myself into better shape after suffering the gross aftereffects of a broken arm this winter : &#038;nbsp;i.e. no muscle tone in my left arm and I look and feel like an old yucky version of my former self. &#038;nbsp;Expensive, but I love being pushed and supervised at the same time  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-wink icon-emoticon-wink "></span>  &#038;nbsp;

For strength-toning I use little 10 lb dumbbells, a step for lunges, and a stability ball for crunches. I dont have one at home, but at the gym I like to do squats and lunges on a bosu.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;How about hiring a fitness trainer come to your house two times a week?&#038;nbsp; I haven't personally used one, but I was watching a vlog of a mom and she said that the trainer noticed she had a swayed back and that one shoulder was lower than the other (from carrying her kids) and he adjusted the exercises to straighten her posture.&#038;nbsp; The mom mentioned that she appreciated having that personalized exercise routine.&#038;nbsp;&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I saw in the video that he brought all the weights and items that she used to exercise.&#038;nbsp; On the days he is not working with her, the trainer gives her exercises to do on her own.

 I see Beachbody recommended a lot but have no idea what series to pick.&#060;br /&#062;
I have zero fitness equipment at home but am willing to invest in it.
