				<description>&#060;p&#062;I agree with Suz, tracking gets a bit tiresome, but I find using My Fitness Pal for a week or so every few months helps keep me on track to avoid those small dietary changes that end up as extra pounds after a few months.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I have started using a programme callled My Fitness Pal which is a free app that can be used for tracking food, workouts etc.&#060;br /&#062;Several people I know have had considerable success with tracking as it makes you more aware of what you are eating, doing etc.&#060;/p&#062;
