The pencil skirts used to fit large, anyway.&nbsp;</p> <p>It does seem as if measurements don't always give us a completely accurate sizing. Part of that must have to do with shoulder fit. Ceit probably has a broader shoulder measurement than you so even if waist and bust are only an inch different it could lead to a very different size.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm afraid I don't know about sizing on those dresses, but they are really pretty. I really like #3!&nbsp;</p> <p>p.s.
