I believe cords are often like jeans in that they tend to loosen up (bag out) with wear. So starting the day with a loose fitting pair can turn into wearing pants with a baggy fit. I feel like the length is perfect (hello 28" inseam!) but am not sure about the rise. Don't think they're meant to be highwaisted? (11.25" front rise &amp; 14" back rise). I'm 5ft3.5 </p> <p>Both help &amp; commiseration welcome! </p>
