I've declared these t-shirts a successful purchase after careful testing :)</p> <p>- wore one around the house doing regular tasks with tags<br />- removed tags from one to test further<br />- and now removing tags from all :)</p> <p>I decided I really like the slightly shorter-but-not-short length; in fact, I will look for this length in other items. It hits at about my hip so it's easy to semi-tuck but also works untucked, without looking overly long. I can raise a hand above my head without much midriff issue, and I haven't felt the urge to fuss or pull down at all.</p> <p>I'm excited I now have an idea of my size in Everlane tops; I will feel more confident with future purchases from there as I like the brand's aesthetic a lot - it's personal style and lifestyle appropriate for me (if a little pricey for my budget, but since it carries a lot of my personal essentials, I would expect good longevity from careful purchases from them.&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Suntiger</b>, interesting point about the stripes - I think that a Breton stripe is probably more classic for me, but I love a bold stripe like this providing other elements aren't over the top ... I have a long sleeve t with a similar stripe that I enjoy; it's got some energy to it, I find. I *think* these are good? </p> <ul> <li>The shoulder seam is just past the edge of my shoulder&nbsp;</li> <li>I can pinch a good bit of fabric on either side of my waist&nbsp;</li> <li>It's a shorter cut than I usually get which I think will be nice for semi-tucking</li> <li>It's not snug getting on and off</li> <li>It's not snug at the sleeve</li> <li>A little boxy around the waist which is good given my waist issues</li> <li>I can stick my arms out in front without any tightness across my back</li> </ul> <br />Let me know if I'm off or have missed anything - with gratitude from your fit-challenged friend! xx</p> <p>Bonus WIW because I downloaded the photo by accident so why not ... an athleisure/regular clothes mix for a similar sort of day. I love the colour of these new Athleta bike shorts but alas they are a little tight in the waist today which they decidedly were not when I bought them *sigh* ... going to try to stretch them out with the steamer and going to size up a similar pair that I bought that still have the tags. Trying my best not to get frustrated with the daily body changes!&nbsp; </p>
