Good luck, I hope it works to help you eliminate those migraines! I am finding it very enlightening to see how much I walk in a day. My days vary so widely in activity -- one day I will be highly active and the next is mostly sedentary. </p> <p>I woke up with a headache this morning, and I'm lucky enough that I don't have a ton of headaches, so I always have extra sympathy for migraine sufferers when this hits. I think this headache is just because yesterday was a long and emotional day (a funeral, and then a radio show in which I paid tribute to the man who had passed). And then today being a painful anniversary for those of us here in the US. Should arrive today.<br />Vildy the fitbit isn't specifically for migraine. It is a tracking device for activity. But the concept is that if you are able to walk more, workout more your migraines will be fewer. Sounds easy, right?
