Also, a sandal with thicker straps or a chunky sole might achieve the look you are going for. Please excuse the slightly awkward expression and the rambling </p> <p>Decided to plan and cook a surprise meal for DH last night, since we both have been busy and stressed recently. I thought I may as well go all out with red for Valentine's Day! <br />The dress is a little short from the back (at my current weight and size but I'm working on that). The material is a bit thicker than expected so may not work soon for our hot and humid Mumbai summers, but I really love the colour. The search for the perfect red dress continues...<br />&nbsp;<br />I added silver earrings which magically go with almost everything and add a teeny bit of sparkle, gifted to me by my mom and also have my thin silver nose ring and anklets on (always on, actually). </p> <p>Do you lovely fabbers have any suggestions on how to make this dress look less "sweet"? <br />Thanks so much for looking </p>
