I think with the Dre's it depends on your body and how you like them to fit (more like a boyfriend or more like a skinny). I have relatively slim legs for relatively wide hips and thick waist, so those were the variables I was balancing. It seems to take a lot of bulk out of the leg for me, but the bigger size is cozier, and I kind of like the slightly less body-con fit. Do you have an opinion about that? One thing I figure is I may turn them up above some higher-shaft ankle booties (ignoring or obscuring the step-hem).
