Soft fabric, light and floaty, beautiful print. And runs very small, as the one review said. I ordered medium based on measurements but based on fit I think I would need an XL. It is definitely not a good dress for a busty IT. It stretched so tightly over my shoulders I almost couldn't get it back off.</p> <p>If you are about a size 4 with delicate shoulders and had wished for this dress, a medium is about to get returned.&nbsp;</p> <p></p>
