I think the lack of sleeves and challenge with toppers will be a deal breaker for many. A simple navy jacket, sleek cardigan, or fitted denim jacket seems to work best to not detract from the color-blocking. Sterling, I am utterly amazed. I had been debating this dress, and ended up ordered it separately from other items. Perhaps the ease of shipping a single item got it out the door quickly? I was surprised at how quickly it came ... I ordered it yesterday at lunch! A comment about this dress ... I tried it on with several of my go-to toppers for sheath dresses (e.g. long cardigan, denim jacket, bomber jacket). They work and my favorite was my denim jacket ... but they hide the best parts of this dress. So, it works quite well, now, in the summer when my arms don't have to be covered. Power dress in my favorite color palette. Petite. Fits perfectly. Side slit is modest. Pics don’t do justice and lighting hides the burgundy panel. Perfect work dress, especially for invited talks. I have no doubt that this is a keeper.
