I found Modcloth shipping and returns really quick and easy, no hassles there. The clothes do generally run on the small size (like juniors' sizing, mostly) and I found the dresses to be generally very short - they do list measurements for most items on the website, which is something I love about them, so if you read the measurements carefully you should not be too surprised. And the customer reviews tend to be pretty helpful.</p> <p>One thing that annoys me slightly about Modcloth is that they'll sometimes sell various brands at a markup and fail to mention the actual brand in the product description online. I've recognized a couple of Tulle pieces on the Modcloth website being sold for more than Tulle itself charges, for example.
