I have spent a few years looking for shoes and sandals to bookend my hair and these do it perfectly. I also noticed that in these sandals I stood up straighter. I am very hard to fit, and these didn't work for me. My only warning about them for others is that the ankle strap is very thin and closes with a very small piece of velcro. The length fit, but my heels, due to narrow ankles, lifted up, leaving the small velcro holding up the weight of my foot and the sandal. Also, I had 2 fingers worth of extra space under the other straps, and my foot's up and down notion rubbed against the edge of one of them. These fit me better than most, so please do not disregard them due to anything but perhaps the velcro. I hope others will have better luck with the fit.
