My weight loss reward has been to indulge my lifelong dream of wearing really fine designer clothes.</p> <p>I bought my first dress last night, an Alexander McQueen that I snagged for $100 on shopgoodwill.com. The problem is, I am not sure what shoes, stockings, etc to wear with it.
