Maybe yours will have better apparel selection than mine does </p> <p>I do love the BR Martin trousers and can always find something I like at BR - great updated basics and some nice takes on trend. Also, good items on clearance usually! </p> <p>What is wrong with US retailers that they have not branched out to metro areas in Canada? Or is govt policy there keeping them out? Also, there's no shipping costs for buying OR returns. So I often order stuff and send it back. Of course once you know your size in their line it becomes much easier. The sizing is not 100% consistent but in my experience it is more consistent than the Gap's. </p> <p>On a less cheery note, even though they do carry petites, the range (in store AND online) is nowhere near as extensive as in the US. For instance, they'll have a blouse (the silk safari comes to mind this summer). In the US it will be available in 3 pretty colours and 2 neutrals. I couldn't be more thrilled. I certainly hope they carry the petite sizes like the American stores. This is my one beef with Gap - the U.S. stores carry some items in petite but the Canadian stores do not.</p> <p>Now I've learned that we are also getting a Michael Kors store in August! This is also thrilling.</p> <p>Finally - we are getting some more variety and I might be able to buy the odd BR Angie-recommended item! </p>
