I've lost weight and have gone down a size and have plastic garbage bags full of things...no I couldn't alter them....the only consignment store I had luck with closed so I just give things to big sisters or Salvation Army. But I wish I knew people who could wear them! We don't have a dress for success locally, so that's not an option.
