Thanks, everyone! Here is where I stand right now:

* Cream is a keeper. The tags are off and it's at the dry cleaner's being pressed.

* The brown safari is going back. The fabric is very stiff and--even though it fits well and the styling is cute--I just don't feel fab in it. Plus I have a cream safari jacket already.

* The seersucker is folded and boxed and ready to be returned tomorrow when I make my BR run...but I am STILL a little undecided about it! I'm going to decide about it tomorrow when I'm at the store.

Wow, this is a tough choice as they all look great on you. The cream def. seems to look esp. nice with those dresses so that seems like an obvious yes. The brown is just near to my heart because I love earthy colors but it is a dark color for spring/summer so that depends on your usual wardrobe. The seersucker is just not my style, and seems to have been a big hesitation for you, so I'd personally let that one go.

Nancylee, I'm probably just muddying the waters at this point. But I really like the more casual vibe and the variety the brown adds to your wardrobe --- a heavier fabrication in linen will still be cooler than lightweight ones in manmade fibres for the most part, you know.

Not that I'm voting against the other two at all! Quite the reverse. I really, really love the seersucker's shape and colour for you, and I think it's easy enough to 'artsy up' with a looser tunic top or similar, if you want. And the cream is more formal than your other jackets, so should stay in the interest of having something for every occasion!

I didn't read all the commentary, but I love that brown linen one, and I love that cream one on you :-)

The cream one is classically perfect. The brown one has more 'personality' with its pockets and waistband, and it seems to fit beautifully. Are you okay with linen?

Thanks, everyone. Right now I'm leaning toward keeping the cream and seersucker blazers and letting the brown one go. Technically, I could keep them all (Una!) since I don't own many blazers and do want to amp up my collection, but I did already buy two others last month and my closet space is limited. I'm trying to keep only those that I truly love....or think will be useful workhorses.

Aida, Echo, and Shannon, I feel the same about the cream. I think it will be so versatile..and it's so comfy and soft! The seersucker is actually growing on me (although I still have fears about its preppiness), but it is telling that I haven't returned it yet. Hmmm.

IK, these would be for both work and play so they would get a lot of use. I have a very casual work environment (teaching/writing), so I can wear denim and jackets. I'm looking for spring/summer wear, however, and the brown jacket fabrication is a little heavy...another strike against it.

BethAnn, I do need some cover for air conditioning in the summer....although I would probably get the most use from these during the spring. I'm a bit of a bright color phobic, so neutral jackets are more my style!

Claire, I hear you on the safari look of the brown (as compared to the cream safari jacket), but I already took the tags off of the cream safari...so it's a keeper. Initially I was a little hesitant about having two light/cream blazers but since one is a little more dressy and one is more casual, I'm rationalizing keeping both!

I love the brown - but I am not a light colored blazer kind of gal. They all seem to suit you really well. Do you have to get rid of any?

I think the brown one is gorgeous on you, but does it have similar style to the cream safari one you're keeping? The seersucker is s nice light shade for when you don't want the starkness of white with a printed dress. The last one, the cream (which is duplicating the color of your safari jacket) I like because it looks like the "soft dressing" silhouette I've been hearing so much about. That's probably why Aida is crazy about it! Maybe you could keep it and return the cream safari, and then keep the brown linen, which seems safari-esque to me. The seersucker isn't *exciting*, but I have a feeling you'll be surprised at how often you reach for it. It seems like a kind of neutral equalizer that can be worn with all shades of denim AND white. I'm no help at all! Sorry!

Cream is a must. These all are beautiful, and they are versatile, well-fitted pieces. I wouldn't think that you would do wrong to keep them all, if possible, although you might prefer to have a brighter color option for spring/summer. Are you one to have a third layer in spring/summer, either because you are easily cold, or due to offic refrig...I mean a/c? I'm mostly MOTG in a hot climate for the warmer months, so most of my jackets have to work in cooler seasons. Still, if I worked in an office, I'd have more in my collection.

The seersucker blazer is the most flattering, IMO, and it comes in at the waist even when it is open, which gives a very flattering silhouette. I also think the lighter colour is better for you overall than the dark brown. My second choice would be the cream. I am not terribly fond of the brown.

Are they for work or for play? What seasons?

They all look like they fit you, so for me it'd be a question of fabric weight and how well an item looked with everything else I owned.

The cream the cream the cream!! LOVE that one for you. Do you have any other light colored jackets/blazers for spring/summer? I think the seersucker one is such a fab spring/summer blazer, even though I know you are concerned about it being too preppy.

OK, I'm trying to decide which blazers to keep. I need to decide this week because I'm almost at the 30-day cutoff for Banana Republic returns! Here's my original blazer post:

http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....collection

I'm definitely keeping the blue kimono jacket and the BR cream safari blazer from my original post. Now, I'm trying to decide between these three:

#1-2 BR brown linen blazer
#3-5 BR blue/white striped seersucker blazer
#6-7 Aqua cream blazer

I only want to keep blazers that are 10's since I have limited closet space and am trying to developed a carefully cultivated wardrobe. Hmmmm.....
