I recently ordered from Target's new petite line and if they fit well, I'll be all set in that department. Cardigans are critical to my wardrobe once it gets too cold to go out in just a blazer. It's one of those basic items I figure needs to be refreshed every year. - micro fishnets - gold statement necklace... I think this will pull a lot of looks together, with my Star Lings On the "nice to have" list: - The elusive perfect trench - New boots and/or booties... I'm not sure what I want in this department, but I'll know it when I see it - Pumps ... again, not sure what kind... My list looks like: - mustard fitted l/s t - black & charteruse green fitted turtlenecks - wine colored scarf - black polka dot hose - brown/cognac vest - cream vest (I'm loving vests lately!!) Now to decide on which color BR wool coat to keep from my 40% off coupons. I got the camel/cream color (fell in love with it) & then ordered the taupey brown when it came out on-line. Decisions decisions!! All my scarves go with the cream one & it's my true love but I'm thinking practical & wondering if the brown will wear better. Leaning towards the cream/camel right now though. Have a great 2nd set of eye's coming soon to give me a 2nd opinion also. How do you get spills out of a cream/camel colored wool coat should that happen - cleaners perhaps? When Angie asked us about frocks recently I thought a lot about why I don't have more. The fit problem seems to be that I'm definitely a petite on top (except for sleeve length) and not a petite below the waist. Petites are too short. They could work as a tunic but petite sizes seem to be limited in styles. Knits seem to emphasize that I haven't much bust. I have one Calvin Klein sweater dress for winter. That's it so far. I'm in desperate need of a white button down shirt (already ordered), jeans for flats (going today), and a new coat (still looking). I've also got my eye on a wool cardi.
