I've been divorced for 13 years this spring. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm with someone else, living in a different state - all my own, positive choices. Try to break things down into manageable chunks if you start to get overwhelmed, and don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. You *will* get there. One of the wisest things my therapist ever said to me was during that time of my life: "Not everything has to be baptism by fire."
