I was coveting the olive one. If it were grey I would have already bought it!</p> <p>I have a vintage bucket bag in British Tan. It's probably twenty years old. It is not a cross body - I guess the strap is longer now. The old ones don't have a lining. Also mine's base is absolutely round. I think the new ones are oval so they lie closer to your body. Mine is gorgeous and it is huge. I am 5'6" and have a hard time reaching the bottom inside. I love it, though. I take it when I need to bring a lot of stuff. When my husband had a medical procedure I had to wait there. I haven't liked many of the Coach offerings for several years, but this one got my attention. It's beautiful (and did you notice it comes in olive--my preferred neutral??). I am not in the market for this type of bag at the moment, though, and I'm unsure of the bucket shape (I'm afraid I would find it bulky to carry). But if you like this shape, it's certainly a classic that you could carry for years. It's a shame Coach cheapened their brand with all of their outlet crap. However, a true Coach bag is a thing of beauty. I have a cream leather one with pewter accents that has been going strong for several years. It's one of my favorite bags...and no loud C logos to be seen. This one looks like a true classic. That cognac is gorgeous. And that seems like a really good price if the leather is nice. This coach bag caught my eye, I picked it up, felt the lovely leather, threw it over my shoulder, looked for the price, couldn't find it, put it away.</p> <p>Fast forward, I'm back home and stumble across it online. To my shock and amazement I discover that it is also worn as a CROSSBODY! My fav! Oh dear. It can be carried both ways. Love.</p> <p>In my longer term plan, I am hoping to add back more cognac accents so this baby will fit right in.</p> <p>Anybody have this? I went a long time not liking Coach b/c I wasn't enamoured with all of the Coach Outlet bags out there. But this one seems different.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'd appreciate your thoughts. I'll probably hold out until next year but you never know...sale lasts till Aug 4. Boy am I sick with FOMO. </p>
