YLF is helping me alot with this, helping me see that good proportions and fit are a must, but that dressing to camoflauge one's flaws isn't necessary to look fab, and is certainly not as fun! Most stripes are fine for girls who are not model sized, and this proportion works for you completely. If avaiable, you could try a size smaller, take in the sides abit, or belt, since I agree with Traci that it might be a tad (just a tad) on the large sized.
