I took your advice to make a test skirt in sample fabric, and am I glad I did! When I used the size which corresponded to my waist measurement, the skirt was 4" too big! It's HUGE!! Why do they do that??!! So now I'll recut the pattern to the size which is 4" smaller, and I'm confident it will fit. Thanks again !! </p>
