				<description>&#060;p&#062;Thanks so much to all of you genius women who responded.  I took your advice to make a test skirt in sample fabric, and am I glad I did!  When I used the size which corresponded to my waist measurement, the skirt was 4&#034; too big!  It's HUGE!!  Why do they do that??!!  So now I'll recut the pattern to the size which is 4&#034; smaller, and I'm confident it will fit.  Thanks again !!
