The white top is cute but the black line really stands out as a strong horizontal that's widening because it extends to your arms, if that makes sense. The jacket is probably fine. Something seems off in the proportions in the way you are wearing it. The yellow top is nice, but I would wear it tucked into the skirts. That way it shows more of your line. The vest is very nice too, but I would wear it with something else, like pants or jeans or not so silky skirt. The little jacket is very cute, but I am not sure whether it goes with the rest of the outfit. Perhaps if the top was clingy it would look better. And finally, I am not feeling the white shirt, the black details are a little bit distracting.
